How to Use Comic Subscriptions & Pre‑Orders

Welcome! We’re excited to help you stay up to date with your favourite comics. This simple guide will walk you through how to use our Subscriptions and Pre‑Orders system step by step.

1.) Before You Get Started

Before using subscriptions or pre‑orders, please make sure you:

  1. Create an account on our website

  2. Add a shipping address to your account

You’ll need both of these before placing any subscription or pre‑order.

2.) Choose How You’d Like to Order

Once your account is ready, you can choose between:

  • Subscribing to a Series (automatic future issues)

  • Pre‑Ordering Individual Comics (one‑off orders)

For both options, please note:

  • After your first subscription or pre‑order, your account will need to be approved before processing

  • You must choose your shipping frequency:

    • Weekly

    • Bi‑Weekly

    • Monthly

  • You will receive email notifications when your comics become available

  • When items are ready, you must log in and go to:

    1. Pre‑Orders & Subscriptions

    2. My Subscriptions

    3. Billed Orders and complete payment for the available items

This helps us bundle your comics efficiently, manage availability, and keep postage costs fair.

2a.) Subscribing to a Series

Subscribing means you’ll automatically receive future issues of a comic series.

How to Subscribe

  1. Click “Pre‑Orders & Subscriptions” in the main menu

  2. Search for your comic run using:

    • Publisher

    • Release Date

    • FOC Date

    • Search Bar

  3. Click on the comic series you’d like

  4. Select “Subscribe to Series”

That’s it. You’re subscribed!

You’ll receive all future issues from the next release onwards.

2b.) Pre‑Ordering Individual Comics

Pre‑ordering is perfect if you only want specific issues.

How to Pre‑Order

  1. Click “Pre‑Orders & Subscriptions” in the main menu

  2. Search using:

    • Publisher

    • Release Date

    • FOC Date

    • Search Bar

  3. Select the comic you want

  4. Click “Pre‑Order”

Done! Your copy is reserved for you.

Important Notes

Order Cut‑Off Dates (FOCs)

All pre‑orders have Final Order Cut‑Off (FOC) dates.

We recommend placing orders at least 2–3 working days before FOC so we have enough time to process them with suppliers.

If the FOC has already passed, try searching on our main website,  we may still have copies available to order ahead of release.

Release Dates

  • Listed release dates are based on USA release schedules

  • While we aim to match these as closely as possible, there may be delays due to international shipping between the USA and UK

We’ll always do our best to get your comics to you as quickly as possible.

Previous Issues & Back Issues

You can purchase previous issues directly through our website if they are in stock.

If an issue is unavailable, feel free to message us. We may be able to source it and add it to your subscription.
